End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using any Viiny Lab browser extension provided by Viiny Lab (“Company”).

1. License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Viiny Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, adapt, sublicense, or distribute the Extension.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Extension.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Extension.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Extension.
  • Use the Extension for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

The Extension and all intellectual property rights therein, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and trade secret rights, are owned by Viiny Lab and its licensors. This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in the Extension or any intellectual property rights therein.

4. Privacy

By using the Extension, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Viiny Lab Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Extension and uninstalling it from your browser. Viiny Lab may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Extension and uninstall it from your browser.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIINY LAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIINY LAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF VIINY LAB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL VIINY LAB’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE EXTENSION.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Viiny Lab regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

10. Changes to this Agreement

Viiny Lab reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the Viiny Lab website. Your continued use of the Extension after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By clicking “Accept” or by downloading, installing, or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
